Polyplex (Thailand) Public Comany Ltd has made an Initial public offering of its shares in Thailand and is listed on the Thailand stock exchange. 30% of the equity is now held by the Public/Institutional Investors and the balance is held by the promoter company Polyplex Corporation Ltd, both directly and indirectly through its 100% subsidiary Polyplex ( Asia) Pte Ltd.

Polyplex Europa San. ve. Tic. A.S. is 100% subsidiary of Polyplex Singapore Pte. Ltd. (PSPL), which is in turn a 100% subsidiary of PTL.
