Mr. Sanjiv Saraf, 46, Chairman of Polyplex Corporation Ltd. and the Managing Director of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd. founded the Group in 1984. Mr. Saraf is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.

Mr. V.K. Gupta, 52, a Mechanical Engineer, is the Head - Projects and has spearheaded the project implementation activities of both the film lines in Thailand. Under his stewardship, Polyplex was able to ensure a record project implementation period for the two film lines. Currently, he is engaged in the setting up of the PET Chips project in Thailand.

Mr. R.S. Gaur, 44, General Manager (Operations) is in charge of Film plant. Prior to this, he was the General Manager (Technical) at PCL where he was closely involved in the setting up of both the Film lines in India. He is an Instrumentation Engineer and has been with Polyplex for the last 14years.

Mr. Manish Gupta, 36, an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, is the Head -Commercial at the Thailand subsidiary. Mr. Gupta is the overall in-charge of the finance and accounts function. In addition, he is also responsible for procurement and administration. He has played an instrumental role in the setup and financing of the Thailand expansion.

Mr. Amit Kalra, 34, a Mechanical Engineer and MBA from XIM, Bhubaneshwar, is the Head of Marketing at Thailand. Under his leadership, the marketing department has been successful in ensuring a stable and diversified sales profile, well-distributed across geographies and end-user segments.

Mr. Rajeev Parashar, 40, a Chemical Engineer and Head - Production has been with the Company for the last 18 years. He has made valuable contributions to the Company in the sphere of film process management, Total Productive Maintenance and Quality, Health and Safety certifications.

Mr. Ambadipudi Shastry, 44, General Manager (Chips plant) has over 19 years of experience in Projects, Production and Quality Control. He is a B.tech ( Chemical Engineering) and has also done his Masters in Chemical Engineering.
